Effective date: 24 September 2026 · Applies to the LiveHealthy family of apps (currently LiveHealthy-Medicine Reminder).

Not a medical device. LiveHealthy apps help you organize and remember medicine schedules and other health information you enter yourself. They do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified doctor or pharmacist. Always follow your prescribing doctor's instructions. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services directly — do not rely on this app.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using a LiveHealthy app, you agree to these terms. If you're setting up the app on behalf of someone else (a parent, spouse, or other family member), you confirm you're authorized to enter and manage their information.

2. What the app does

LiveHealthy-Medicine Reminder schedules and delivers reminders for medicines you enter, tracks whether doses were taken, helps track refill stock, and can generate a summary report of adherence over a period. Pack-scanning is an OCR/barcode convenience for filling in medicine details from a printed pack — every scanned result must be reviewed and confirmed before it's saved; nothing is accepted automatically.

3. Your responsibilities

Enter medicine names, strengths, and schedules accurately — the app can only remind you based on what it's told.
Keep your account credentials private, and use a password you don't reuse elsewhere.
Review any pack-scan result carefully before saving it; OCR can misread text, especially on damaged or unusually printed packaging.
Don't rely on this app as your only safeguard for a critical medicine — build in a backup habit (a pillbox, a second reminder) for anything where a missed dose would be serious.

4. Accounts and access

You're responsible for activity under your account. If you add a caregiver to a patient's profile, you're choosing to share that patient's medicine and dose data with them — that sharing is under your control and can be reviewed at any time from within the app.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to store or manage information for someone without appropriate authorization, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but reminders depend on your device's own operating system correctly delivering scheduled alarms (exact-alarm permissions, battery-optimization settings, and similar OS behavior are outside our control). We're not liable for a reminder that fails to fire because of device- or OS-level restrictions outside the app's control.

7. Intellectual property

The LiveHealthy name, branding, and app content are owned by HomiLabs. The data you enter (your medicines, schedules, and health information) remains yours.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. HomiLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including a missed or mistimed reminder, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see our Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your own country's consumer-protection regime provides otherwise.
